Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Mofungo Games ("we", "us") covering your use of World War X ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Your Account

An account is created for you automatically when you first play. You may optionally link a Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account so your progress can be recovered on another device. You are responsible for activity that happens on your account. Do not share your account or attempt to access anyone else's.

Chat and User-Generated Content

The App includes chat features that let you send messages to other players. You are responsible for everything you send. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.

You agree not to send, post, or share content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates another person;
• is hateful or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
• promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity;
• contains spam, scams, phishing, advertising, or links to malicious software;
• impersonates another person, including our staff;
• shares another person's private information without their consent; or
• infringes anyone's intellectual property or other rights.

Do not share your own personal information in chat either — including your real name, address, phone number, email address, or payment details.

Moderation and Enforcement

Chat messages are automatically screened for offensive language. You can block any player from within the App to stop seeing their messages, and you can report any message you believe breaks these terms.

We review reports of objectionable content and act on them, ordinarily within 24 hours. Action may include removing the content, muting the account, or removing the offending user from the App entirely. We may take these steps with or without notice, and we may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion where we believe these terms have been broken.

Purchases and Virtual Items

The App offers optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the app store you installed from, under that store's terms. Virtual items — including gems, keys, cards, and passes — are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the App, and are not redeemable for cash.

Purchases are generally final. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy. If a purchase fails to deliver, contact us and we will try to put it right.

Fair Play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, use unauthorised third-party software or modified clients, automate play, interfere with our servers, or attempt to access parts of our systems you are not authorised to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Availability and Changes

The App is an online service that we continue to develop. We may add, change, or remove features, adjust game balance, or discontinue the App or any part of it. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and can delete your account from within it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms. If your account is terminated for breaking these terms, virtual items associated with it are forfeited.

Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continuing to use the App after that means you accept them.
